On Importance of water in human body

A Human body primarily has 10 different body functions and by saying ‘humans are 75% water’ means water play a critical role in how well the body functions function.

The Digestive System is responsible for breaking down food and absorbing the nutrients we need to survive. The role of water is critical. Water facilitates the breakdown of food and moves it through the digestive tract. It also helps to keep the lining of the stomach and intestines lubricated and healthy, which is essential for proper digestion.

The Muscular System facilitates movement, and water is crucial as it helps in transportation of nutrients to the muscles, which is necessary for the repair and growth of muscle tissue. Water helps to keep the muscles hydrated, which is essential for proper function and movement.

The Nervous System is what sends and receives signals throughout the body. Water carries and pass charge to neuron so it can conduct electrical impulses along the nerves, which is essential for the transmission of signals. It also helps to hydrate our nervous system throughout the body.

The Circulatory System plays an important role in the body by circulating blood and providing oxygen and nutrients to the cells. Water helps to maintain the volume of blood and blood pressure, which is necessary for proper circulation. It also transports oxygen and other nutrients throughout the body, which is necessary for the survival of cells.

The skeletal system supports and shields the body. Water helps maintain bone and joint hydration and lubrication, which is crucial for preserving their strength and flexibility. Consuming enough water can also aid in preventing osteoporosis, a condition that weakens and fragments bones.

Water helps to transport hormones  and regulate temperature of human body, which is necessary for proper bodily functions and maintain healthy weight. Adequate water intake can also help to prevent dehydration, which can disrupt the endocrine system and cause hormonal imbalances.

The urinary system is responsible for removing waste products from the body, and water has a critical role in this process. Water helps to dilute the urine, which makes it easier for the kidneys to filter out waste products.
